People usually come here because someone they trust told them to. What that person recognized, and what you will find, is a practitioner who brings warmth and clarity in equal measure. Not one or the other. The work is relational, depth-oriented, and unscripted. I listen for what is not being said. That is where the real work lives.

People arrive carrying different things. A career that looks like the answer and isn't. A relationship under pressure that keeps being managed rather than met. A version of themselves, they have lost track of somewhere along the way. The coaching relationship does not fix any of that. It creates the conditions for the person, or the two people, in front of me to find their own way through.
For individuals, the work is about depth and direction. For couples, it is about something harder: learning to listen without defending, to speak with clarity rather than strategy, and to find out what is actually true between them. I bring enough presence to hold the tension in the room and enough directness to move it in a useful direction.

Intensives

Full-day in-person work. Available quarterly.
An intensive covers the kind of ground that takes months in weekly sessions in a single day. Some people come for one. Some come as part of ongoing coaching. Some come for continuity after an experience elsewhere and are still integrating.
Available to individuals and couples. There is no agenda prepared in advance. What gets worked depends on what you bring through the door. What I bring is the capacity to hold whatever that is without flinching, and the experience to know where to go with it.
